These wild species organizations protect the endangered Species Wild Animals, Endangered Species Marine Turtles, Endangered Species Rhinoceros, Endangered Species Mammals, Endangered Species Extinction, Endangered Species Zoo, giant panda Endangered Species, endangered Species Komodo dragon, Royal Bengal Tiger Endangered and many more.

The assignment of the Saskatchewan wild species organization is to protect the wild species from extirpation or extinction. This association also deals with how to stop additional wild species and ecosystems from becoming endangered with extinction. The focus of this association is directed at the needs of threatened and endangered wild species. This association is incorporated with Canada wild species at risk program.

In Saskatchewan, all animals at risk are sheltered from being bothered, collected, captured, killed, sold or exported without a sanction. In addition, the den, house, nest, dam, or usual place of habitation of wildlife and wild species at risk is also sheltered from disturbance and destruction. Locale protection has additional benefits and helps to preserve a healthy environment for all of its wildlife.
Within the Ministry of Environment, the Fish and Wildlife Branch is legislated to address wild species in Saskatchewan. This protection is done under the path of The Wildlife Act, 1998. This act includes necessities to designate and protect wild species at risk in Saskatchewan. There are presently 15 such associations for endangered plants and animals recognized in the Act.
