White tiger is basically located on the Mainland of Southeastern Asia and in central and southern India. The white tiger lives in grassy or swampy areas and forests, where they can be well mould with the environment. In general white tiger is the biggest cat in the world. Most of them live in zoos or special wildlife parks. Even though it is illegal, white tiger is being hunted by hunters in many Asian countries. Unlike some big cats like lions, adult white tiger like to live alone except for mother tigers with cubs. This is partly because in the forest, a single tiger can surprise its prey better than a group of tigers can.
As forest space is reduced, the number of white tiger left in the forest is also reduced, and for they cannot find the prey, as they need to survive. As a result, white tiger begin to eat the livestock of villagers who live near them. Sometimes white tiger even attack humans. People sometimes kill the tigers in order to protect themselves and their livestock. As human populations move farther into the forest, groups of white tiger become separated from each other by villages and farms. Over time, this inbreeding weakens the gene pool, and white tiger is born with birth defects.
